Here’s what this class has to offer:
This class begins in a standing position to help you create length through the spine and work on hip hinging mechanics for reaching toward the floor (or spinal articulation, for those with mobile spines who choose this option!). This class has an even mix of strength and stretching for the whole body, and the variety of positions can help you break out of stiffness and stagnation to move with more freedom.
Is this class right for me?
This class offers both “neutral spine” (for fusion or injuries) and “articulating spine” options (for those who enjoy spinal mobility).
A portion of this class is practiced in an all 4’s position, but you’ll find several modifications to accommodate sensitive knees or wrists during this flow.
