Here’s what this class has to offer:

Do you love sitting in the floor? Laying in the floor? Generally being on the floor? Then I have good news: this class will feel oh-so-good for you. Seriously though, this class has a little bit of everything: fusion-friendly core work (yes, it’s possible!), all-over strength and mobility, and lots of sound effects.

If you have a spinal fusion, this class has been written specifically for you! You won’t find any bending or twisting moves here (but I’ll talk you through the options to add them if your body feels good in those motions).

I’m not saying this class will leave you feeling strong and calm and content to lay in the floor of your living room for a few hours in bliss… but I’m also not *not* saying that.

Is this class right for me?

Do you have a spinal fusion? Do you want to move? If you answered yes to both questions, you may be entitled to comp—err, I mean, you’ll love this class! Scoliosis fusions, disc repair fusions, stenosis fusions… they’re all welcome here. And throughout class, I’ll give you tips and variations so you can make the most of every flow while respecting your unique body.

We spend a portion of this class on our hands and knees. If your wrists or knees are easily irritated in this position, grab some extra towels or blankets to use as cushions during this class. And, follow the tips I show you in class to adapt for maximum comfort in these joints.
