There’s a delicate balance between “energizing” and “exhausting” activity, right? This class is designed to fall squarely in the energy-boosting category. This class starts with gentle warmups and mobility, then guides you through a few bodyweight exercises to get your joints moving. You’ll finish with a few moments to wind down and breathe!
If you have a spinal fusion, this class has been written specifically for you! You won’t find any bending or twisting moves here (though, I’ll talk you through the options to add them if your body feels good in those motions).
Reach for this class when you’re feeling fatigued after a long workday, or when you want to begin your morning with a simple, but effective movement practice to get your juices flowing.
Is this class right for me?
This class is designed for anyone living with a spinal fusion. Scoliosis fusion? Cool. Lumbar fusion? Cervical fusion? Fabulous fusion? Yep, it’s for you. Every exercise has multiple variations, and you’ll get plenty of tips throughout class so you can easily make a feel-good choice for your specific body.
This class does not require getting up and down from the floor, and does not have any flows on all 4’s, making it suitable for anyone with knee or wrist pain, mobility challenges, dizziness, circulation issues, etc.
