No Pilates equipment needed, but this class uses a regular bath towel for support and assistance.

Whether you’re tired after a day of working on your feet or feel stiff from sitting, this class can help encourage circulation through your whole body and help you find relief from tension all over.

 

Is this class right for me?

This class is beneficial for those with or without a spinal fusion. The exercises in this class have the option to add spinal motion if that is accessible for you, or omit if you prefer.

This class may not be suitable for those with significant knee injuries, as we spend some time on hands and knees. However, if you have wrist pain in an all 4’s position, this class offers a modification for this specific issue.
