Spinal Strength + Support Flow (50 minutes)
When you live with a with a spinal fusion, the spinal muscles aren’t always active on their own. This video offers fusion-safe ways to stimulate and strengthen those muscles.
Side-to-Side Core + Stability (50 minutes)
Focus on gentle strength, spinal care, and full-body awareness. The single-sided flows in this video help you notice how the different sides of your body feel and move (psst… that’s super important for those of us with scoliosis!).
