Here’s what this class has to offer:

Step into your confidence! Challenge yourself with this lower body strength and stability class using a foam roller. With a focus on your feet (they are our foundation, after all), knees, ankles and hips, this class offers several exercises to help with gait, balance, standing stability, and symmetrical strength. Plus, you’ll find a few feel-good upper body moves to keep things interesting.

If you have a spinal fusion, this class has been written specifically for you! You won’t find any bending or twisting moves here (though, I’ll talk you through the options to add them if your body feels good in those motions).

This class is perfect for times when you want to feel empowered and steady. Stand tall, take up space, and own your journey!

 

Is this class right for me?

This class is suitable for anyone living with a spinal fusion, whether from scoliosis or another condition. Exercise variations and tips are offered throughout class for those with different lengths and locations of fusions.

This class is practiced entirely in a standing position. If you have challenges with balance or standing stability, consider using a stable chair or wall to help you feel more secure… don’t let the balance work scare you. Since this class has lots of gait-based exercises, these flows truly offer benefits for anyone and everyone!
