This class is designed to provide active releases for your hips, shoulders, and neck. You’ll strengthen your glutes and deep core muscles, and improve shoulder stability with dynamic exercises and stretches. This class can help you find your best range of motion through your hips and shoulders, and learn to maintain control through various progressions and options for each exercise.
Is this class right for me?
This class is great for anyone with a spinal fusion! You’ll find plenty of spinal-fusion-friendly modifications and options in this class.
This class primarily uses a neutral spine position, so it can provide safe and effective movement for those who have experienced a lumbar spine injury, disc protrusion, or strain.
This class may not be suitable for those with significant knee injuries, or those who have significant knee or wrist discomfort in an all 4’s position.
