When you need to move your whole body, head-to-toe, try this class! You’ll find feel-good movements to mobilize your joints, as well as challenging strength and stability exercises for your hips, core, and shoulders. With a relaxed pace and all-over workout, this class has something for everyone.
Is this class right for me?
This class is spinal-fusion-friendly and offers options for mobile spines, as well. However, if you prefer not to lie flat on your stomach on the ground, this class may not be suitable for you.
A portion of this class is practiced in an all 4’s position, but you’ll find several modifications to accommodate sensitive knees or wrists during this flow.
